That’s exactly what I focus on.
I work with hospitality and service-led brands to help them create something that feels aligned, considered and reflective of the experience they actually deliver, not just something that looks good on the surface.
Before starting this career, I worked at British Airways, working across all cabins but later specialising in First Class. It’s where I really developed an eye for detail, consistency, and the small things that quietly elevate an experience.
And that’s naturally carried into how I approach branding.
I don’t just think about how something looks, I think about how it feels to interact with. How it’s remembered. Whether it reflects the level of care behind the business.
I’ve worked with independent and hospitality-led brands to bring more clarity and consistency to how they show up, helping them feel more aligned with where they’re going.
